Smooth and creamy avocado hummus
INGREDIENTS
400g soaked chick peas (drained)
1 large ripe avocados , cored and peeled
1/4 cup olive oil , plus more for serving if desired
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic , peeled
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Red chilli flakes, for topping
METHOD
In a food processor combine all ingredients together until smooth
