BAOBAB, APPLE AND GINGER

A perfect combination, fibre full and great for gut baobab, sweet apple and a ginger zing to give your body a wake up.



INGREDIENTS

6 apples

2 thumbs of ginger

3 tbsp I Am Nature baobab powder

Squeeze of lime


METHOD

  1. In a juicer, juice the apples, alternating apples and ginger as you juice

  2. Pour the apple and ginger juice into a jug, add the lime juice plus baobab and whisk together

  3. Serve in a glass with a cube of ice.
