INGREDIENTS
1 can of chickpeas
1 cup hemp fu (see my recipe)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 salt
aquafaba (from chickpea can)
1 cup breadcrumbs
METHOD
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, hemp fu, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and 3 tbsp of aquafaba. Your mixture should not be over blended and should have texture.
Form the mixture into nugget shapes, then dip each one into the remaining aquafaba then breadcrumbs
Once all coated place on a baking tray on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes making sure you turn half way.
Serve and enjoy.
