1 cup of pistachio
3 cups spring water + water for soaking
1/4 tsp cardamon powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
Place the pistachio in a bowl and cover with water, leave to soak for 6 hours or over night
Drain water and then place the pistachio nuts in a high speed blender place with 3 cups of water and blend.
Strain though a muslin/cheese cloth
Stir in cardamon powder and maple syrup. This milk tastes best when served chilled.
