INGREDIENTS
1 cup Strawberries
10 mint leaves
1 lemon (juiced)
1/2 cup Palmyra jaggery
1 litre of spring water
1 cup ice
METHOD
Crush strawberries and mint with a pestle and mortar until you form a runny paste
To a jug add ice, along with strawberry and mint mixture, lemon juice, jaggery and spring water
Stir until jaggery is dissolved, serve and enjoy :)
