STRAWBERRY SEA SMOOTHIE

Good things come to those who make it happen. This delicious quick and easy smoothie recipe is a perfect start to the day. Sweet fruit and super nutritious Irish moss all blend with creamy cashew milk. If this doesn't make you feel good and give you the energy to start your day then I don't know what will.

Strawberry Sea Smoothie INGREDIENTS 2 bananas 40g strawberries 25g raspberries 25g pineapple 20g Irish moss gel 250ml cashew nut milk Dash of vanilla essence Handful of ice METHOD 1. Place all the ingredients into a blender starting with the softest fruit first (this makes it easier for your blender :)

2. Blend for 1 minute

3.Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Irish Moss is a type of algae or seaweed. Long used medicinally in The Carribean and Ireland for its high mineral content this super sea vegetable has a huge range of benefits.
