INGREDIENTS
3 cups coconut yoghurt (see recipe)
2 tsbp maple syrup
6 strawberries
1 tbsp coconut sugar
METHOD
Lay a baking sheet on a baking tray
Spread the yoghurt evenly on to the baking sheet
Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with coconut sugar
Place in a freezer for around 2 hours, break and enjoy :)
